Walking Path and Gardens
RiverPointe is proud to have our own outdoor walking path. While on the path you can enjoy raised garden beds, beautiful shade trees, and the well-maintained greens and water feature on the 4th hole of the Littleton Executive Golf Course. If a longer walk is desired, we are just steps away from the Platte River Trail.
24/7 Front Desk Concierge
Our Front Desk is staffed 24/7. The concierge is available to handle work orders for any maintenance or housekeeping requests. They have stamps available for purchase and can cash checks for up to $35. The concierge is available to make copies and send faxes. Our evening and swing shift concierge makes scheduled rounds to make sure the building is secure and safe for our residents. Our Concierge Staff is respectful, caring and has longevity of employment which makes them true assets to our residents.
Centennial Dining Room
The Centennial Dining Room is open Monday through Friday at 5:00 pm for dinner service. 10 dinners are included in your monthly rent. Additional dinners beyond the 10 included can be purchased.
Dinner can be delivered 5 times per month at no charge if you are ill or can be picked up to-go (at a small cost) if you’d like to take dinner in your apartment.
Guest Room (For a Fee with Reservation)
Our guest room is equipped with a queen-sized bed, microwave and coffee maker. Reservations are easily made via our concierge desk. Guest room occupants can enjoy a daily continental breakfast, and beverage bar 24/7 as well as frozen Yogurt on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Guests are also welcome to attend any classes, lectures, or gaming that is scheduled during their stay.
Mountain View Café
Coffee, Juice & beverages available 24/7. Continental breakfast and lunch served daily between 6:00 – 9:30 am.
Hair Salon
Shayla’s Salon is open three days a week and available for cuts, color, perms, wash, and sets. Our talented hairstylist cares for not only our residents but their family members and clients living near RiverPointe.
Cardio Room
Our cardio room is small but mighty. We have senior-friendly treadmills, and recumbent and upright stationary bikes so that even in inclement weather our residents can stay fit.
Fitness Classes (Including Balance and Yoga Classes)
Senior-friendly fitness classes, Balance class, and Yoga are held weekly. There is always an opportunity to participate in some form of structured wellness, Monday through Friday.

Complimentary Laundry Rooms
There are conveniences in both laundry rooms should you decide to stay with your laundry until it’s done, or you are free to go on with your day and return once your machines have completed their cycles. There is never a charge to use the laundry room. If you prefer, RiverPointe has staff to do laundry for you. Nominal fees for laundry service will appear on your monthly invoice.
Weekly Housekeeping
Weekly housekeeping is included. Our staff will arrive on the same day, at approximately the same time to vacuum, clean tubs, showers, counters and floors. Additional housekeeping can be scheduled at a nominal charge.
Smoke-free Environment
RiverPointe is a smoke free building. This includes apartments, common areas and all balconies.
Personal Storage Units
Personal storage units located on every floor, and offered free of charge. Residents supply their own lock.

RiverPointe is designed to cater to your fitness needs, offering a range of programs, including yoga, low-impact aerobics, chair exercises for stretching and toning, cardiovascular equipment, and various other fitness programs. Additionally, we provide opportunities for outdoor group excursions and events, such as museum visits, theater outings, trips related to current events, and even convenient shopping excursions, all with our scheduled transportation.
If you don’t want to leave the premises, in-house cultural and social events are always available. With a full-time activity director, we have various programs scheduled at RiverPointe, such as concerts, dances, book reviews, speaker programs, bridge, canasta, pinochle, movie nights, game nights, and more. There is always something to do at RiverPointe.
